Nasarawa Deputy Police Commissioner Dead

Nasarawa State Deputy Commissioner of Police Nwanedo Ndubuisi has passed on at the National Hospital, the police have announced.

He was aged 55.

His death was announced by the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, in a statement on Wednesday.

The IGP expressed shock at the development, describing it “as a passage to glory”.

The late Ndubuisi was in charge of operations in Nasarawa state.

He began his police career on 15 March, 1988.

From Cadet to Commissioner

Ndubuisi started as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent from where he rose to the position of Deputy Commissioner of Police.

The deceased was also a former Deputy Commissioner of Police, Department of Operations, Force Headquarters, Abuja before being posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police Operations, Nasarawa State Police Command.

Ndubuisi was from Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo state.
