The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Paschal Okolie, has won the supplementary election for Orlu State Constituency of Imo State.
Concise News understands that the Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the poll, Ikemefuna Uzochukwu, declared the PDP candidate the winner of the exercise.
According to Uzochukwu, the PDP candidate got the highest number of votes.
He added that Okolie scored 8,677 votes ahead of the candidates of Action Alliance (AA) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) among others.
On second place is the AA candidate, Okechukwu Okafor who had 7,768 votes during the exercise in Imo State.
