However, the court, in its judgement, struck out Ojobo’s case for lack of merit.
While reacting to the development, Moro said it confirmed that he is the rightly elected per by the delegates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the primaries.
“Today’s judgement at the Appeal Court has further revalidated the mandate given to me by delegates of the party in the last primary election,” the former Interior Minister noted.
“This has once again silenced some detractors who are hell bent on robbing the people of Benue South true and vibrant representation at the Red Chamber.”
In addition, he vowed, “to do everything that is constitutionally right to bring dividend of democracy to the doorsteps of my constituents and beyond.”
This as he lauded the judiciary for defending the truth and reaffirming the mandate handed to him by the Benue State people.
