Biafra: What Police Said About Scuffle With IPOB Members In Ebonyi

The police in Ebonyi state have debunked the claim by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that officers attacked the outlawed group when they were meeting on Sunday.

This online news medium gathered that the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Kpirikpiri Police Division, CSP John John, was injured in the security operatives’ scuffle with IPOB members.

The clash occurred at Oguzoronweya Primary School in Ebonyi Local Government Area.

Atiku Abubakar: Top IPOB Apologist Unveils ‘Prophecy’ Foretold By Nnamdi Kanu

A Counsel to the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor has said that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar’s loss at the Supreme Court on Wednesday was ‘a prophecy foretold by Kanu’.

The apex court in Nigeria yesterday dismissed the appeal of Atiku, challenging the victory of President Muhammdu Buhari in the February 23 presidential election.

Atiku had gone to the apex court to challenge the September 11 judgment of the Justice Mohammed Garba-led Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal which affirmed President Buhari’s victory at the polls. Read more here.
