The last set of beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power scheme are unhappy with the scheme’s yet-to-be-fulfilled promise of giving them device, Concise News reports.
Almost two years after being on-boarded, many of the volunteers are groaning about the fact that they are yet to receive their tablet, this online news medium observed.
A chunk of the 2016 set have gotten their selected device, we gathered.
While handlers of the scheme keep assuring beneficiaries that they will all get their device, the set recruited last have not yet gotten theirs, we noticed.
See some reactions below:
Simple promise u can’t fulfill. No device for 2017 up till now and program is left with only ten months of the 2yrs proposed. Next time don’t promise if u can’t meet up, thank u

We’ve heard now that we 2017 set won’t receive devices like the 2016 beneficiaries. But this is betraying. They shouldn’t have promised us until lately that we learnt that we won’t be given. This is attitude is odd and unkind. It’s not for a new Nigeria we’re all clamouring for.

How verifiable is this? @npower_ng has consistently told the 2017 batch of beneficiaries that option to select their device would soon come up.

Good. When are the Batch Bs getting their device? Has that aspect of N-POWER been scrapped?
