Nigerian singer Davido on Sunday morning announced the birth of his son, David Adedeji Adeleke Jr I.
Concise News reports that the DMW chief shared the news on his verified Twitter handle, describing his wife-to-be, Chioma Rowland, as “strong.”
Accompanied with a picture of him carrying the newborn, Davido wrote: “OMOBA TI DE!!! DAVID ADEDEJI ADELEKE Jr I !! D PRINCE IS HERE!!!! 20 – 10 – 2019 !!! Love you my STRONG WIFE!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!”

Earlier, the 26-year-old singer had said he was in the delivery room.

Recall that the Babcock University graduate finally proposed to his partner in September.
This was after some reports claimed that the Imo-born Chioma was expecting a baby boy with Davido, also known as ‘OBO’.
But Davido’s fiance took to her Insta story to debunk the claims.
Sharing a screenshot of controversial blogger Kemi Olunloyo’s post, Chioma, 24, wrote: “lmao, I’m sick of Nigerians na my pikin the dash ona.”
Meanwhile, Davido had in an interview revealed more about his upcoming wedding to Chioma.
Asked if he was truly expecting a baby, the singer replied: “Wait and see now…this one is a special one.”
The two lovebirds who have been dating for a while met at Babcock University, Ogun state.
Davido, who now has three children from three women, has been receiving congratulatory messages from compatriots since he announced the birth of his latest child on social media.
