Body shaming is unavoidable, irrespective of how one tries to look appealing and as such, popular OAP, Toke Makinwa, reality TV star Tacha, Temi Otedola, and others have opened up on how people have mocked them with their body parts.

Speaking during interview with BBC pidgin, Tacha said she has overtime got backlashes on social media for sharing photos showing the stretch marks on her breasts and her black knuckles.

According to Tacha, body shaming can cause depression which sometimes lead to suicidal attempts.

Also speaking on their experiences, Makinwa and Temi Otedola claimed they have bee shamed based their body sizes.

Makinwa added that body shaming is one thing that gets her angry, saying “if one doesn’t eat, people complain that they are too skinny, if someone eats too much, people complain that they are too fat”

Jackye explained how people have mocked her as a result of her small breasts, saying she never saw anything wrong with them until she got out of the big brother house and read speculations about her body.

She noted that she has also been blasted on the claims that she has flat breasts.
