The leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu has said Igbo may not have their own country if they worship idols, Concise News reports.

This online news platform learned that the pro-Biafra leader said this on Wednesday in his broadcast on Radio Biafra.

According to him, all “Biafrans” must worship God if they want to break away from Nigeria.

“If we go into battle with zoo by placing any idol, I’m warning you tonight, if you place anything made by human, man or woman, that is a shape, a form, an idol, before us as we go into this battle, Biafra will not come,” the IPOB leader noted.

“We will lose it because that is not the purpose for which Chukwu Okike Abiama sent us to West Africa, no! Not to worship idol but to do that which is right, to give him every adoration.”

Special Blessing

Amaka Ekwo, the Press Secretary to Nnamdi Kanu, the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, has asserted that those who did not listen to her principal’s special broadcast on Radio Biafra platforms on Wednesday “missed out on a special blessing.”

Kanu had announced on Wednesday morning that he will be leading Biafra supporters’ prayers to “Elohim, Chukwu Okike Abiama, the Redeemer of Biafra and the Restorer of the Republic of Biafra” in a special atonement intercession and preaching Wednesday evening.

The broadcast went on as set forth.

Thereafter, the IPOB New Media and Special Duties Coordinator wrote on her known Twitter handle yesterday: “Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is in the Spirit tonight, CHINEKE! If you are not listening to Radio Biafra tonight, you are missing out on a special blessing.”
