Nigeria will take on the South Americans in a friendly clash this weekend at the Singapore National Stadium.
However, Kalu who was part of the initial 23-man list for the clash in Singapore pulled out due to an injury.
He missed Bordeaux’s 3-1 win at Toulouse last weekend due to the injury.
Efosa, 23, was born in Birmingham, England, and was formerly with Portsmouth before moving to Eastern Europe to join the Phoenixes.
Also, he had featured seven times in the Bulgarian elite league this term, getting one assist to help CSKA Sofia sit fourth on the table with 22 points.
The player who is eligible to feature for England, has, however, opted to play for Nigeria.
In 2015, he was invited to train with the West African nation’s Olympic football team.
