Arsenal manager Unai Emery has said David Luiz will help the Gunners improve on their defending, Concise News understands.
The Brazilian, on transfer deadline day, signed for the north London side from rivals Chelsea for two years in a deal valued at 8 million Pounds.
He played 248 matches for Chelsea across two spells with, and was part of the side that defeated Arsenal in the Europa League final last season.
Speaking after the signing, Emery said, “David has huge experience and I look forward to working with him again.
“He is a well known player and adds to our defensive strength.”
The Brazilian played under the Arsenal manager at Paris Saint Germain (PSG).
