Nigerian Afro-fusion star, Damini Ogulu better known as Burna Boy has declared his intention to release another album before the year runs out.
Concise news understands that this is coming barely a week after the release of the highly rated ‘African Giant’ album which was released on Friday July 26.
Burna boy made the declaration in an interview with American media executive and Radio personality, Oldman Ebro, on his show aired Apple Music.
According to Burna boy, the ‘African Giant’ album was not his intention, as he was working on the soon to be released one he titled ‘Reckless and Sweet’ before he went to deliver a world-class performance at the 2019 Coachella, that exposed him to more foreign audience and changed his perspective.
He said: “So this album wasn’t even the album I was working on. I was working on a whole nother album titled “Reckless and Sweet,” he said.
The singer’s ‘African Giant’ album earned him the number one spot on Apple Music in more than ten countries in the world.
He also secured partnership with Luxury headphone designer, Beats By Dre.
