Troops of Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) have killed 10 Boko Haram terrorists in Baga, Borno State.
This was disclosed by the Force spokesman, Col. Timothy Antigha on Monday.
However, a soldier was also killed by the terrorists and 5 others were wounded during the exchange of fire, he said.
According to him, 4 of the 10 terrorists killed by the troops of MNJTF were suicide bombers.
“What was meant to be a surprise dawn attack on Multinational Joint Task Force and national troops this morning became a nightmare for the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), as 10 of its terrorists met their waterloo in Baga,” Col. Antigha said.
