Verratti speaks on Neymar exit rumour
Meanwhile, in related news, Marco Verratti has told Radio Montecarlo that Brazilian teammate Neymar should be allowed to leave PSG if he wants to go.
A club cannot try and keep a player that really wants to go,” the Italian said, who also tried to leave PSG for Barcelona a few years ago before renewing his deal in Paris.
Verratti added: “I would prefer Neymar to stay with us. I have never heard him say he wants to leave, but I don’t know what he tells the club.
“It would be disappointing to see him leave, but he suffered an injury while with Brazil and is going through some tough times with his private life.”
Neymar has been continually speculated to be willing to leave France. Although, he already resumed training ahead of the new season.
