Former federal lawmaker Shehu Sani has expressed sadness over the killing of more than 60 mourners in Badu village of Borno State by Boko Haram terrorists.
Concise News gathered that the incident happened after the insurgents had first attacked the community but were pushed back by villagers and vigilance group members.
However, they returned to Badu village in Nganzai area of the state on a reprisal.
“The reported massacre of 65 mourners in Borno is tragic and condemnable,” Sani wrote on his Twitter handle
“Every day, our conscience and wisdom as a nation is challenged, to bring an end to this despicable & dastardly horror.”
