Super Eagles Soar In Latest FIFA Ranking

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have gone 12 places up in the new FIFA Ranking from 45th to 33rd, Concise News understands.

Nigeria finished third at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) but the current ranking is not based solely on their performance in Egypt.

The West Africans are now third in the continent behind Senegal (20th) and Tunisia (29th).

Also, reigning African champions, Algeria, moved 28 places to 40th in the world and fourth in Africa.
