President General of Ohanaeze youths Okechukwu Isiguzoro said the killing was an evil act which could spark a tribal war.

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has been dragged to court by its National Vice Chairman (North-West), Inuwa Abdulkadir, Concise News reports. Abdulkadir has also given the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Issa-Onilu, a seven-day ultimatum to retract an alleged defamatory publication against his person, tender a public apology and pay N500m as monetary compensation or be prepared to face legal action.
