A taunting tweet by German-Ghanaian footballer Kevin-Prince Boateng has not gone down well with some Twitter users after the Black Stars’ Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2019 journey came to an end on Monday night against Tunisia in Egypt.
Concise News reports that Ghana lost on penalties to the Carthage Eagles in the round of 16, and Boateng, who is not part of the squad to the 32nd edition of the African tourney took to social media to mock his country.

You were in that Portmouth team that got relegated from the EPL. Ghana revived your career albeit the team’s collective performance at world cup only for Genoa to sign and loan you to milan. Show us some respect, swine.
