Cameroon goalkeeper André Onana has said he expects the Super Eagles of Nigeria to play well when both sides meet on Saturday.
Nigeria and Cameroon will battle it out on Saturday in a round of 16 clash at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.
Onana who has not conceded a goal in the competition, while speaking ahead of the showdown, noted that Nigeria are a good side.
”I expect them (Super Eagles) to play well, as always. It is a very good team. But we are ready. We continue to the end,” Onana told Fox Sports.
”I’m excited. It’s getting exciting. Everyone wants to play such a match. We will see what happens.”
Nigeria have not lost to Cameroon since they were beaten 1-0 in a World Cup qualifier in August 1989.
