The Founder of the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), Apostle Johnson Suleman, has alleged that herdsmen were caught planning an attack on his church.
He, however, lamented that when he got back to the police station on Tuesday (days after the incident), he was told that the suspects had been released.
In a tweet on his handle, the clergyman said: “4 herdsmen were caught close to our church plotting an attack.
“We apprehended them and handed them to the police..only to get there today and they are nowhere to be found. The police says they have been handed to the headquarters.”

This online news medium understands that this follows public outcry about the Projects.
The presidency had constantly maintained that the Ruga initiative was to eliminate the recurring herders and farmers conflict in Nigeria.
President Buhari, after consultations with stakeholders, has now resolved to step down the idea for an in-depth review and well-accepted approach to tackle the lingering farmers-herdsmen face-off.
The official announcement is expected to be made any moment from now.
