The All Progressive Congress (APC) Kogi stakeholders have warned of a sharp division in the ranks of the party which may affect its fortunes in the forthcoming November 16th gubernatorial poll. Concise News reports that the stakeholders warned the party has to be careful not to lose the state, pointing out the APC in the state is divided. Senator Alex Kadiri told reporters in Abuja, alongside some of the party governorship aspirants, that all was not well with the party in the state.
The governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, and his supporters appear to have a herculean task in front of them ahead of the November 16 governorship poll following the adoption of direct primary by the Hadi Ametuo-led faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
