Atiku and his party are challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the tribunal.

The Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa-led tribunal is hearing the petition and three other petitions filed by other political parties and their candidates.

It was learned that during sitting on Wednesday the PDP, through its lawyer Levy Uroukwu, asked for a 10 minutes chambers hearing alongside the lead counsels to the party in the suit, but after a 35 minutes stand down, Justice Bulkachuwa asked Uroukwu to talk about the issues he raised in the chambers in an open court because it is already in the public domain.
