Boko Haram: 10 Nigerian Troops Killed In Borno, Islamic State Faction Claims

A Boko Haram faction backed by the ‘Islamic State’ claims it has killed 10 Nigerian soldiers in a battle in Sabon Gari of Biu town, Borno state, northeast Nigeria.

In a broadcast on its Amaq News Agency, the group claimed that it also wounded many troops while, according to it, a soldier was captured.

According to the video, the terror group also claimed to have destroyed three tanks while they also captured five other vehicles.

But the Nigerian army, at the time of this report, has not reacted to these claims by the Islamic State group in west Africa.
