A Twitter user identified as @alabimoseso has decried that a staff of a popular airline Aero Contractors allegedly double-charged him for missing his flight.
“I book an aero ticket to Lagos from Abuja for 11.50am but missed the flight. So I went to their stand to reschedule for 3.45pm but to my dismay, I was told that I can’t get a seat. After waiting for like 20minutes she asked me to pay about N13,000.00 which I said ok,” he wrote on Twitter.
“As I picked my call to tell my admin in the office she said she does not even think the seat will be available again. And that was how I stood there for over an hour begging aero contractor staff who should be the one showing they care about there customers.
“In the long run, she said I had to pay N30,667. I lamented to no avail. I had to pay this to reschedule my flight. But to my shock, there are still empty seats on the aircraft after we all boarded.”
