A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Buba Galadima has assured that he is safe following reports that he was arrested on Sunday.
Concise News understands that rumours of Galadima’s arrest by the Department of State Services (DSS) was refuted by the federal government.
However, a letter from the family on Wednesday from Galadinma, confirmed that he is safe and in an undisclosed area.
Fanna Galadima, his wife, confirmed the development but expressed concerns over the development.
“An unmarked vehicle was noticed patrolling up and down their street, before parking very close to the gate of their house,” she told Daily Trust.
“Shortly after my husband drove out of the house, I received a message that he has been arrested.
“Despite the assurances in his letter, we are still concerned about the whereabouts of Galadima.”
