1) DO NOT WASH HAIR EVERYDAY OR ‘ALL THE TIME’
Washing the hair frequently dries the scalp and makes the hair less oily. This gives room for dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, cradle cap, head lice, ringworm, folliculitis and lichen planus. At least, once a month is okay to maintain normal hair health. Moderacy is key here.
2) COCONUT OIL FOR HAIR
Rub coconut oil into your hair and massage into the scalp. Then for females, put-on a silk cap and leave it overnight. Wash out in the morning.
3) RICE WATER FOR HAIR
Rice water is very good for increasing hair length. Soak rice in water for two to three days, sieve out the rice & use the water to rinse hair and leave on for some few minutes. Thereafter, rinse hair thoroughly using warm water from the tap
If the rice water is used regularly, you will notice a tremendous change in your hair between 2-3 months.
4) EGG WHITE FOR HAIR
Egg white is used to make the hair glow and softer. Rub egg white into your hair & massage into the scalp, then rinse out with cold water.
NOTE: Do not use hot or warm water as this may cook the egg-white in your hair.
5) LEAVE YOUR HAIR FREE AT NIGHT
When preparing to sleep, do not use a tight band around your hair. You can sleep with nothing holding your hair together or sleep with just a silk scarf.
