Shiites in procession

The Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), popularly known as Shiites, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari would lose the forthcoming presidential election in Sokoto, Kano, Kaduna and Abuja.

The group made this known as a result of its belief that the people of those states have become angry with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Buhari led administration.

Meanwhile, the Shiites had during a street protest in Abuja on Tuesday, declared they are ready to die to secure the release of their leader, El-Zakzaky who has been in government security operatives’ custody since December 2015.

The Shiite members vowed not to back down until their leader and his wife, Zeenat are released from government custody where they have been since 2015.

“We are ready to die for Elzakzaky. We will not back down until our leader and his wife are released. We are ready to die for El-Zazaky,” IMN said.
