Brazillian International Philippe Coutinho is in-doubt of his future with Barcelona as he could not guarantee his stay beyond the end of this season with the club.
Coutinho has been on a dwindling form, struggling to get into first eleven line up in some couple of games.
The midfielder, however, produced a goalscoring performance for their Copa del Rey triumph over Sevilla this week.
When asked about his future after the game against Sevilla, Coutinho admitted no one knows tomorrow and he is clearly unsure of what might happen in a couple of months to come.
“Nobody knows what will happen in the future, but what I have in mind is to continue working. I have just had a difficult time, but I’ll keep working so I can help the team when I’m on the pitch, but also for the fans, who are always there.
“These are complicated times, but I try to take advantage of the opportunities. It’s obvious that things do not happen sometimes as everyone would like, but we have to keep working hard.”
Philippe Coutinho scored a brace as Barcelona beat Sevilla 6-1 at Camp Nou to seal a thrilling Copa del Rey comeback win over Sevilla to progress to the semi-finals.
