Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has charged star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to aim for the Premier League Golden Boot this season.
The Gabon international was once again in superb form for his side on Sunday, scoring twice past Tottenham in a 4-2 victory
The brace against Spurs put Aubameyang top of the league’s scoring charts with 10 goals.
Arsenal travel to Manchester United on Wednesday night and Emery issued a new challenge to Aubameyang ahead of the crucial fixture.
“I want his best performance and also for the collective.
“In his career, he has played as a winger on the right, on the left and like a striker. He played with two strikers,” Emery said according to the UK Metro.
“I use him here every position for us. And sometimes his best performance is starting the match in the bench and then playing 20 or 25 minutes.
“Now, the last two matches, he has had a very big performance with working and scoring.
“I want to say to him, and also for everyone: ‘Don’t stop’.”
