The Secretary-General of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Mohammed Sanusi has said the Super Falcons would do well at the 2019 Women’s World Cup.

Sanusi said this on Sunday in Abuja where the team arrived Ghana after winning the 2018 African Women’s Cup of Nations.

He thanked Nigerians for supporting the girls during the competition in the West African nation.

“On behalf of the leadership of the NFF, we are grateful for the support from the Nigerian Government which has seen the team excel at the Cup of Nations,” he said.

“The girls have promised to do their best to represent the country very well at the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.”
