Arsenal have nominated in-form Nigeria international Alex Iwobi for their player of the month award for November.
The Super Eagles forward made the cut along with goalkeeper Bernd Leno, Lucas Torreira, and Rob Holding.
Iwobi played a huge part in Arsenal’s 18-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
He provided the assist for Alexandre Lacazette in the north London club’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool.
The Nigerian also contributed to Arsenal’s winning goal in their 2-1 win at Bournemouth.
As for Leno, he made four important saves in Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Wolves before making crucial saves in the win at Bournemouth, while midfielder Torreira played vital roles in the games with Liverpool, Wolves and Bournemouth.
Iwobi’s Arsenal will take on Tottenham Hotspur in a North London Derby on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium.
While the Gunners will be seeking a win over their local rivals to reclaim a spot in the top four, third-placed Spurs will hope to consolidate on their 3-0 spanking of another London rivals Chelsea last weekend.
