Former Presidential Media aide Doyin Okupe has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to tackle Boko Haram terrorist like a general and not like a pastor.
He was reacting to a statement by Buhari over the recent killing of 44 soldiers in the Northeast.
The president had on Saturday expressed deep shock over the killing of the soldiers by the terrorist.
Reacting, Okupe urged Buhari to stop prophesying over the killings by Boko Haram and take charge.
In a post on Twitter, he wrote: “A Commander-in-Chief does nor prophesy in WAR. He takes charge and repositions troops for reappraisal attacks. PMB hit Boko Haram like a General, not a Pastor.”
He also urged Nigerians to access their state of living to determine their vote in 2019.
“The electorate needs to answer this: Has your life been better or worse since 2015 and is it likely to change? If NO. VOTE OUT PMB in 2019.”
