The Flying Eagles, Nigeria’s under-20 team, will face Ghana, Niger Republic and Benin Republic in Group B of the WAFU Cup.

The regional tournament, which is aimed at preparing five west African teams which have qualified for the 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, runs from December 6 to December 16 in Lome, the capital of Togo.

Seven-time champions Nigeria, alongside Senegal, Burkina Faso, Ghana and Niger Republic will take part in the 11–day tournament.

The five countries will be joined in Tanzania by Burundi, Angola and the host nation.

The Flying Eagles will take on the Young Squirrels of Benin in their first match on December 7.

Matches have been scheduled for the Stade Municipal and the Stade JCA, both in Lome.
