Senate President Bukola Saraki on Wednesday announced changes in the leadership of four standing committees.

Former Majority Leader Senator Ali Ndume (APC-Borno South) is now the Chairman of the Committee on Establishment and Public Service.

Ndume replaces Senator Paulker Emmanuel (PDP-Bayelsa Centra); while Senator Lawal Gumau (APC-Bauchi) takes over from Senator Tijani Kaura (APC-Zamfara North) as the Chairman of the Committee on Federal Character.

Kaura replaces Senator Abu Ibrahim (APC-Katsina South), who now heads the Committee on Employment, Labour and Productivity.
