Former Presidential Media aide Reno Omokri has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to request for a replacement of his West African Examination Council (Waec) certificate.
Buhari had while submitting his presidential nomination form to INEC presented a sworn affidavit instead of his certificates, claiming his credentials are still with the Nigerian Army where he was an officer until his retirement in 1985.
The military, however, has denied being in possession of the certificate of the president.
Reacting in a post on his Twitter page, Omokri listed ways Bhari could prove his Waec certificate.
He wrote: “Ways @MBuhari could prove his WAEC certificate:
“As C-in-C, order army to release it.
“Request replacement copy from WAEC.
“Ask his secondary school for statement of results.
“Show dated documents from the army acknowledging receipt of his WAEC certificate.”
