Super Falcons coach Thomas Dennerby has called up 48 players for the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations preparation.

Among those invited is captain Onome Ebi and African footballer of the year, Asisat Oshoala.

The 48 invitees, comprising 29 home-based and 19 overseas-based players, are expected to report to the Jubilee Chalets in Epe for training.

to commence preparations for the defence of the title they won two years ago in Cameroun.

Camping for the tournament, which begins on 17 November, will be in two phases with the home-based players expected to kick off the first phase.

This year’s edition serves as qualifiers for the 2019 Fifa Women’s World Cup in France.
