Nigerians React To Boko Haram's Execution Of Aid Worker

Nigerians have berated the President Muhammadu Buhari administration for the reported execution of an aid worker Hauwa Leman by Boko Haram insurgents.

The insurgents had given a 30-day ultimatum to the Nigerian government before they reportedly took the life of Hauwa, who worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

And Nigerians, who took to Twitter to lament this development, blamed the Buhari government for the reported killing of the 24-year-old.

Some of them accused the media and the country’s political elite of being more interested in activities leading up to the 2019 elections than the safety of Nigerians.
