Forbes Rates Nigeria's Economy Best Performing In Africa

Renowned research outlet Forbes has named Nigeria’s economy as the most performing one in the African continent, projecting a better outing in 2019.

This was in contrast to the recent report by the International Monetary Find (IMF) which noted that Nigeria’s economy is doing poorly.

According to Forbes Africa which published in the report, Nigeria’s economy is the best in Africa for 2018.

It noted that the Nigerian economy topped with $172 billion with South Africa having $166.735 billion.

Egypt and Algeria are third and fourth with $78 billion and $66 billion respectively.

In addition, the report listed Libya with $65 billion as fifth, Botswana was sixth with $22.675 billion and Ghana with $20.458 billion took seventh.
