Seven-time European champions AC Milan have won the running to sign Brazilian starlet Lucas Paqueta.
The Italian side edged Liverpool and Manchester United to land the Brazilian after agreeing a £30million deal with Flamengo.
It was also learned that Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona had also been in the running for the 21-year-old midfield sensation.
Paqueta has been on the books of Flamengo for 11 years and has earned two full Brazil caps in the process.
The midfielder will now join up with his San Siro team-mates in January subject to a medical.
