Television personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has said that the 2019 general election in Nigeria would be ”bloody.”
Ebuka, who hosted the 2017 and 2018 editions of the hugely-followed Big Brother Naija reality show, made his fears known via his Twitter handle, saying that the build-up to the elections would be very interesting.
Considering the emergence of President Muhammadu Buhari as the candidate of the ruling APC and former vice-president Atiku Abubakar standing for the opposition PDP, many political watchers believe that a keenly contested election is in the offing.
“Going to be a very interesting couple of months between now and the elections. There will be blood!!!” he tweeted.
