Enyimba coach Usman Abdallah has said his team can reach the final of the 2018 Caf Confederation Cup due to their experience despite the loss to Raja Casablanca.
The Peoples Elephant lost 1-0 at home to the Morrocans in the first leg of the semi-finals of the competition on Wednesday.
A 48th-minute goal from Abdelilah Hafidi gave Raja the win as they prepare for the second leg on October 24th in Casablanca, Morocco.
However, Abdallah told Complete Sports that “It’s not over yet.
“We’ve been in this situation during the group stages of the competition before and we came out victors.”
“It was a tough match with a lot of technical intelligence. They denied us the ball so that we could not play.”
He added that “We had the chance to equalize with the penalty, but we couldn’t.
“But this game will only be won or lost after the second leg.
“We have seen them very well and so we will organize and see what we can do against them in two weeks.”
