Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos state will on Wednesday afternoon address Lagosians after losing in the All Progressives Congress (APC) guber election.
Ambode’s presser follows his loss to Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s victory at the recently held governorship primary election of the ruling party.
In the election held on Tuesday, Sanwo-Olu got 970,851 votes with Ambode polling 72,901 votes.
The election winner was declared by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.
Concise News had reported that Ambode had on Sunday held a press conference where he alleged that Sanwo-Olu was unfit to lead the commercial nerve centre.
