Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has mocked the All Progressives Congress (APC) for allegedly inflating votes for President Muhammadu Buhari during its primaries in Kano State.
The Kano APC had stated that the president polled 2.9 million votes to emerge as the states preferred candidate for the 2019 presidential election.
Reacting in a post on his Twitter handle on Sunday, Fani-Kayode wrote: “Kano state has 484 wards.
“With 2.9 million votes, each ward returned 6,000 votes for Buhari on the average! The capacity of the Nat. Stadium in Abuja is 60,000.
“With 2.9 million votes ,Kano state filled up 48 of such stadiums for Buhari in 1 day and counted them all! APC miracle.”
