The Founder of Champions Royal Assembly Joshua Iginla has expressed worry that there might be violence after the 2019 elections.
Iginla, who noted on Sunday during a service in the church, warned that Nigeria might be embroiled in crisis if the political parties involved do not accept the outcome of the election results.
According to him, Nigerians should pray for the country as the elections draw closer.
“I’m worried about what God is showing me in my visions. The outcome of the election is what you should be worried about,” he added.
“It is obvious; the results will not be accepted. But let’s pray that the outcome should not put this country in a snare.”
He pleaded with politicians to “Please, accept the results, whether the ruling party wins or the opposition. If you don’t like the result, go to court. No soul should die because of you.”
Also, the cleric called on politicians to “Accept the outcome of the election and if you’re not content, seek legal means.
“The judiciary is there, don’t truncate democracy. It doesn’t matter what you think about Goodluck Jonathan, he is a hero of democracy.”
