Bank Of Industry To Invest $750m In MSMEs

The Bank of Industry will invest in a $750m facility to back the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector of the economy.

This followed the securing of the fun from 17 financial institutions with the facility expected to be given by 7 banks to the BoI to boost MSMEs in the country.

Concise News gathered that some of the banks that will provide the fund are the Africa Export-Import Bank, the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development, and British Arab Commercial Bank Plc, etc.

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to witness the official signing of the agreement on Saturday for the disbursement of the facility to BoI.
