The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is the stumbling block to the collective quest for national unity and economic prosperity of Nigerians. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has begun a probe into the $16 billion allegedly spent on power projects during the government of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
