Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has called on Nigerians to pray for the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, adding that Idris was a victim of dark spirits and satanic forces.
The IGP, who visited Kano on Monday to commission the Police Technical Intelligence unit in the state, struggled persistently to pronounce some of the words while delivering a speech.
Reacting in a post on Twitter, Fani Kayode called on Nigerians to pray for him.
FFK wrote: “Our I-G of Pol. needs prayers and we must treat him with compassion. What happened to him whilst reading his infamous “transmission” speech was not ordinary.
“He is the victim of dark spirits and satanic forces. We must not gloat over it or laugh at him. Instead we must pray for him,” he posted on Twitter.
