The Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has paid a visit to former Ekiti governor, Segun Oni, after winning the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary on Saturday.
This was disclosed by the Publisher of Ovation magazine, Dele Momodu, via his Twitter account on Sunday.
He wrote: “Dr. Kayode Fayemi already on a courtesy visit to his closest co-contestant Engineer Segun Oni at his Ifaki home just this morning… #Ekitiwins.”

Fayemi polled 941 votes to beat Oni, who polled 481 votes .
Kayode Ojo scored 245 votes; Femi Bamisile, 171 votes; Oluyede Oluwole 110 votes.
