EFCC Operatives

Following several hearings in Abuja court of law, Amal Hassan, CEO of Outsource Global Ltd has finally been declared free of the forgery case charged against her by EFCC. Her innocence became apparent because there were no valid evidence and witness to prove the crime she was alleged with.

The whole drama started when she was alleged of forging the signature of one Mr. Sam Nda-Isaiah on a document titled “ The Federal Republic of Nigeria Company and Allied Matters Acts,1990 company Ltd by share special Resolution of the outsource Company limited”  for her own selfish interest. Shortly after, she was arraigned by EFCC and as appeared in the court of law for several time before the case was finally dismissed due to lack of strong evidence.

One thing that will come to mind is that, is it possible for a CEO to forge the signature of another individual for her own personal company?

In all, one would come to realize that, it was all fabricated to dent the name of the Hausa Mogul, but God and competent lawyers came through and save her the whole drama.

It is sad to see such personality alleged with forgery, but it gladdens one heart to see her declared unguilty.
