Another set of Nigerians, numbering 465, on Thursday returned to the country from Libya.

They returnees were received by officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) at the Port Harcourt International Airport at about 12:25 am.

The agency’s south-south zonal coordinator, Martins Ejike, said the evacuation of Nigerians stranded in Libya had been a huge success despite some setbacks during negotiations for their return.

He said the agency would contact state governors for prompt evacuation of the returnees from the Port Harcourt centre.
