She was said to have taken him to the hospital in a bid to surprisingly save him but he died.

Sanda is the daughter of former Aso Savings Bank boss Hajia Maimuna Aliyu.

It was gathered that the couple, who tied the knot in a glamorous wedding in 2015, have a daughter.

Sources claim the attack was sparked from an allegation of infidelity against Bilyamin by his wife after she saw a text message on his phone.

PUNCH gathered from a friend of the deceased who pleaded anonymity that Sanda had once bitten Bilyamin in the ear.

After that incident, he was advised to leave the house for some time but he refused.

Meanwhile, the deceased, who until his death was a real estate developer and businessman, was also planning to divorce his wife before his brutal death.

A close source to the deceased claimed that he had complained bitterly about his wife’s violent tendency to some family members and friends.

It was learnt that the deceased had been buried according to the Islamic injunctions on Sunday.

Spokesman of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Anjuguri Manzah, confirmed the incident.

He said Sanda was in its custody.
